Our refund policy. Refunds are issued for duplicate charges or a technical failure. Requests are accepted within 30 days of a payment, and each one is reviewed against the charge on the account. Submitting this form does not grant a refund and does not change your subscription. Refunds do not affect the 90-day retention window.

Data retention. Deleted replicas, memories, voices, capsules, invitations, and account data are retained for 90 days before permanent removal. During this window, members may request restoration. After 90 days, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted.
