All subscription payments and one-time purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a billing cycle has begun and AI generation, voice cloning, or storage allocation has been provisioned, costs cannot be reversed.

If you cancel a subscription, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds, prorated credits, or chargebacks are issued for unused time.

Exceptions are made only where required by applicable consumer-protection law (including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal, exercised before any AI processing has been triggered).

Replica credits are bound to the account that purchased them. They cannot be transferred, sold, gifted, traded, combined across accounts, or converted into cash or any other currency.

Unused credits expire at the end of the billing month in which they were issued, unless your plan explicitly states rollover. Expired credits are forfeit and have no monetary value.

Credits are a license to use AI features — not property. They may not be resold, listed on secondary markets, or assigned to a third party.

You confirm you have the legal right to upload any photo, voice, or memory of another person. You may not impersonate, defraud, harass, defame, or generate sexually explicit or non-consensual content of any individual.

Content that violates these rules may be removed without notice and the account suspended. We cooperate with law enforcement on takedown and abuse cases.
